System is operating upon arrival. Janet has no issues with systems or airflow. She does have a concern with possible critters getting in the attic. I addressed her issue when I went up to the attic. Thermostat is responsive and calling for heat. Temperature rises within range. Insulation and ductwork are in great condition. No signs of any critters, but I did notice two small little openings and one of the walls of the house that I brought up to her attention. Circuitboard in air handler shows no signs of any electrical damage. All electrical components were tied up. Amperage on blower Motor is within range. Blower and evaporative coil are still clean. All water is being drained properly. Daikin filter shows gray, but Janet wants to wait till next tuneup to replace. Heat pump is located outside and backyard. No signs of any electrical damage on circuit boards. Disconnect box and fuses are in good condition. Amperage on compressor and fan motor are within range. System was down and coil
Came to check out an issue with James’s system. The mini split in one of the bedrooms has a crack on it. They said that they don’t know exactly what could’ve caused the crack, no one was in the room, moving things or throwing things. They just wanted to make sure that there was nothing inside the system that would build a pressure to cause that crack. I said all we could do is see if one of those parts could be ordered to replace it with. James said that he’ll probably just superglue it. System was left as as as upon departure.

Kim recently replaced the filter back in September. Filter was still clean today. Air handler is located in hallway closet. Thermostat is responsive when calling for heat. came to replace 50 amp breaker with 40 amp breaker, warranty. After installing I tested everything. Everything is operating normally.
Filter was dirty as well as the outdoor system which was causing an error code. I replaced the filter and reset the code. System is working upon departure.

Temperature split was between 18 to 20°. Air handler is located to the right of the home. Air handler coils were dirty but I washed off unit, coils are now nice and clean. Arrived on site to perform diagnostic on an 11 year old system. Upon arrival, system tries to power on but is loud and fan moves slowly. Hard start kit is present but out of spec, capacitor also getting no reading. Changed hard start kit and capacitor. System powered right on and pulled proper amperage. System is upgrading with a 20° temp split upon arrival

The duct work is located in attic. Ducting is sealed and intact. Air handler is located closet. I removed the service panel from the unit. Tightened all electrical connections. Blower motor was measured at .6 amps Blower wheel is clean. Indoor coil was clean . Return temperature was 73 degrees. Supply temperature was 55 degrees. Outdoor unit is located ground. Removed the service panel from the unit. Cleaned all debris from the electrical compartment. Tightened high voltage on the contactor switch. Contactor pads are okay. The unit is equipped with a 40/10 MFD capacitor. The Capacitor is rated for a +/- 5 % and was measured at 9.9/39.9 MFD. Outdoor fan motor is rated for 1.7 max amps and was measured at 1.2 amps. The Compressor was measured at 5.3 amps and is rated for a max amp draw of 15.3 amps. Washed the outdoor coil
I met with the homeowner to discuss their concerns about their home. They mentioned that the temperature inside is consistently uncomfortable, and one of the bedrooms tends to stay excessively hot during the summer. After inspecting the air conditioning unit, evaporative coil, furnace, and ductwork, and explaining my findings to the homeowner, we agreed to replace the heating and cooling system with a more efficient variable-speed system. Additionally, we will adjust or replace any necessary ductwork to improve indoor home comfort.

Diakin split heat pump inverter system, checked filter still very good, client stated system wasn’t ran often this time, informed client filter could last anywhere between 6 months to 1 year. Cleaned out side out condenser on unit. Temp split inside is great, was able to heat the house 3 degrees in a matter of minutes. 22 degree temp split inside the house. Signed up today on maintenance plan to keep system getting looked at yearly, and replacement of filter when needed.
