Your air conditioning maintenance has been successfully completed for both systems. I'm pleased to inform you that both systems are currently operating optimally. Additionally, I've thoroughly cleaned all the dust and debris from the outdoor coils, ensuring optimal performance. Everything is in excellent condition.
Michael is a professional! Very polite I would give him stars for excellent service! He tells me my 2 units are in proper working Condition. He made a recommendation re surge protector! See notes re that single unit. Re cost I believe that’s NA! & when avail call me to chat re that!
MFG DATE: 2022 EQUIPMENT MFG: Lennox Upon arrival the client stated that the system has been good. The air filter is located living room. The filter is in a good condition. The duct work is located in underneath and attic. Ducting is sealed and intact. Attic insulation is good. Air handler is located upstairs. I removed the service panel from the unit. Tightened all electrical connections. Blower motor was measured at 1.95 amps Blower wheel is clean. Indoor coil was clean . Return temperature was 70 degrees. Supply temperature was 100 degrees. Outdoor unit is located grpund. Removed the service panel from the unit. Cleaned all debris from the electrical compartment. Tightened high voltage on the contactor switch. Contactor pads are good. The unit is equipped with a 40 MFD capacitor. The Capacitor is rated for a +/- 5 % and was measured at 39.4 MFD. Outdoor fan motor is rated for 1.4 max amps and was measured at 1.3 amps. The Compressor was measured at 12.12 amps and is rated for a ma
