Both first Sean and Peter where easy going, professional and seemed knowledgeable and answered my questions, I have a serious problem that nature caused, hopefully with the steps that need to take place won't be such a major job costing me over the top! This is just the first step. They did their part seems easiest, the next steps will be the real work! I can't comment on the cost for it was a surprising rough unsure estimate for the unplanned job/work needed to be done.

The duct work is located in attic. Ducting is sealed and intact. Attic insulation is good. Furnace is located closet. I removed the service panel from the unit. Tightened all electrical connections. Blower motor was measured at 6.4 amps Blower wheel is dirty. Return temperature was 71 degrees. Supply temperature was 53 degrees. Outdoor unit is located ground. Arrived on site to perform tuneup maintenance on a 16-year-old system. Upon arrival system powers on calling for cool at both thermostats as the system has a zoning board. Within minutes, the home presents a 20° temperature split, which indicates refrigerant is balanced. Opened attic access and saw, several wasps flying around the attic and for safety reasons did not complete evaluation in attic. Ductwork does look intact and in good shape with good insulation. Amperage capacitance on outdoor unit and amperage and all capacitors are within inspect. System uses R- 22 which was determined based off of the split as well as the age of the system as The data sheet is worn. Contactor shows no excess burning or pitting however, moderate rust is present on the sides. Condenser fan motor also has a good amount of rust buildup on it however, it is operating at this time with no signs of grinding or seizing. System is running at 67° upon departure

**Update on Drywall and Equipment Closet Project:** I met with the drywall contractor to finalize the installation of drywall around the equipment closet. Tomorrow, I will return with a door specialist to take measurements for a custom closet door. This step is essential to ensure the door fits precisely and complements the newly installed drywall.

The system was found to be low on R-410 refrigerant. Using a refrigerant leak detector, I identified a spot on the condenser coil that triggered the detector alarm. We'll need to return to inject a dye into the system to confirm if this spot is indeed where the leak is occurring.

Upon arrival I found the system working properly, went into the attic to find some browning on the zone board and circuit board. Let customer know this can be a cause of the issue. His system can be having intermittent issues that’s just starting.

Changed collector box to see if this will stop the leak, turned on heat to verify system is working in which it is. Did not see any leaks after changing collector box.
