Upon arrival I did not hear the buzzing noise that was explained a few weeks ago. When listening I asked about the buzzing in which from past experience is there normally when moisture is in the home. Let customer know when buzzing comes back to please call us.

Age: 13 yr Lennox Size: 2 ton Location: gas split attic ground Filter: Aprile air MERV 11. Changed filter provided by customer Ducting: R-4 black flex Insulation: R-38 fiberglass Work performed: no cost second opinion, arrived to test dual run capacitor, found capacitor charged at 34.6/4.4 mfd, explained how the capacitor truly works and what it does, found condenser fan side of the capacitor 10% low on charge. Expressing that the dual run capacitor was not terribly low on charge, but customer didn’t want to take the risk of failing on a hotter day. Replaced capacitor, ohm the compressor in which the test came back good. In other companies email said that system was low on refrigerant, 120 psi low side and 285 psi high side. This measurement was made in August of last year. I explained it’s cooler outside and did not want to attempt a charge test until it was warmer outside. I let the customer know to let us come out when it’s more hotter outside to perform a ac tune up.

Age: 9 yr guardian Size: 50 btu Location: gas split attic ground Filter : 20x20x1 Ducting: r-6 silver flex Upon arrival I turned the system on and everything was running properly, went into the attic to check and test all components in which Flame sensor is clean, igniter is good, burners are clean, some browning on the circuit board, blower wheel has dust build up, blower motor is running good. System is starting to over heat and trip the high limit. Work suggested Told customer that the system is tripping on high limit, in which heat exchanger is starting to fail.
