Blower motor was measured at 3.9 amps Blower wheel is good. Indoor coil was good . Return temperature was 73 degrees. Supply temperature was 115 degrees. Outlet gas pressure was 3.4 WC. The client contacted us about nasty odors from the garbage disposal. Over time, food particles can build up, especially with grease and fat. We flushed the system, checked the seals, and the foul smell was gone in a flash.

Arrived on site, client stated that the thermostat was showing an error code. Went to look at thermostat, and ther,soya was reading unable to communicate with the smart hub. Reset the thermostat and was able to connect it back up with smart hub.

Arrived on site for heating tune up on 15 year old system, talked with client about the system and how it’s been working. Client stated that he just started it up, and had been heating well. Checked filter, filter was ok. Replace every 2-3 months proceeded with tune up. Upon arrival error code 125 has cleared itself. I’ve searched up the error code on Lennox tools and went through each troubleshooting steps. Everything looks good with the controls and pure s board. I restarted the pure s board just in case.

Arrived on site for 6 year old amana split, gas furnace, our install. Checked filter, needs to be replaced, will be returning another day to replace filter for client, checked as last maintenance filter was ok. Ducky work black flex r4 ran well, insulation levels are well inside the house. Temp split in house , heat rise was +33. Did notice rust inside the drain pan coil, as water has gotten in there before left estimate for ceiling saver, but we have been treating pan and drain line. Safety switch is to protect the ceiling from any water damage. Fired up system, checked burners and gas for burn patters, clean burn blue flame, cleaned and replaced flame sensor for client. .2 static pressure at Return and .4” static pressure at supply, duct work ran well. Duct work all sealed properly. System is running well, left estimate for celing saver.

Upon arrival I found system in lock out do to low pressure lock out, went through the system found furnace in second stage and condenser in low stage, this made refrigerant pressure not accurate and showing the system low on charge, added a jumper on the out door unit to have condenser in second stage. When doing this sub cool and super heat were still low. Added some refrigerant to reach desired super heat and sub cool from chart. Let system run over a hour and pressures held. Going to add another visit to this clients house for 9/25/23 9-11am arrival. This is to double check pressures and quality check to verify system ran well for this period of time. Update 9/25/23 Returned to check refrigerant charge. Inside the house it’s 67 degrees, ambient temp at the unit is 70 degrees. Going off the refrigerant charge in the manual the system charge is on point. Washed condenser coil off after checking charge. Told customer we will be out in the next few months to check the heater to verify
