Age: 31 yr Lennox Size: 3.5 ton Location: hp split closet ground Filter: 20x25 Ducting: n/a Insulation:n/a Work performed: annual heat maintenance, system is operating at this time and within manufactured specifications, condensation pump is working properly, blower wheel light dust build up, evaporator coil light dust, condenser coil is clean, dual run capacitor has a good charge 34.3/4.9 of 35/5 mfd, condenser fan motor is running at 1.13 of 1.5 amps, compressor is running at 13.81 amps, tested compressor windings in which came back good and getting a temp rise of 32 degrees. Customers are planning on selling their home but before they put it on the market they were going to put a new system in their home. When they do so they will call us for a estimate.
