System is operating upon arrival. Mark has no issues with systems or airflow. Thermostat is responsive and calling for heat. Air handler is located in pantry closet. Filter was dirty and replaced with A new filter. Provided by Mark. Evaporative coil and blower are clean. Blower amperage is within rain. If evaporative cool is draining all water properly. He pumped his located to the left of the home. Amperage on compressor and fan motor are within range, a bit higher than normal. Coil is clean. Looks like it was recently washed. Contactor is free from any electrical damage. Circuit board has burn marks, electrical damage. Dual capacitor is out of range on compressor side and should be replaced to avoid any future breakdowns. Mark agreed, replaced out of range. Capacitor with a new capacitor. Ran and tested system. Everything is operating normally. System was left running upon departure.

Upon arrival, thermostat does not call for cool or heat however, voltage is present at air conditioner as well as disconnect. Noticed that the thermostat wires were kind of electrical tapes together and that water had potentially ran down the wires and shorted out the thermostat. Client had a new thermostat present; wired new thermostat and tested system. Initially system was turning on the heat pump, calling for air conditioner; Change settings and thermostat and tested again. System is operating properly upon departure.
I have completed the annual maintenance on your air conditioning system. Currently, the system is functioning properly and is operating within the specifications set by the manufacturer. I have tightened all wiring in the condenser and washed the condenser coil using water. The dual run capacitor is charged at 55.0/5.0 of 55/5 mfd. The condenser fan motor is running at 1.15 of 1.20 amps, and the compressor is running at 10.3 of 28.8 amps. Additionally, I have cleared the primary condensation drain line and tightened all wiring inside the Air handler. The filter has been replaced, and both the evaporator coil and blower wheel are clean. There is no browning occurring on the circuit board. The variable speed blower motor is running at 4.48 of 9.6 amps, and we are observing a temperature drop of 19 degrees.

Filter was changed prior but customer, tested capacitor to find charged at 55.0/5.0 of 55/5, no browning occuring on defrost board, tested amperage on the compressor in which it’s running at 22.84 of 28.8 amps, condenser fan motor was running at 1.13 of 1.0 amps, condenser coils are clean, wires are tight on contactor and in disconnect, evaporator coil is clean, blower wheel is clean, no browning on circuit board in air handler, blower motor is running at 2.12 amps and getting a temp rise of 34 degrees. Work suggested Just need to keep an eye on condenser fan motor.
