Water was leaking from the condenser coils. Told customer this is normal going through defrost mode. He went on the roof with me and now understands.

Performed a safety inspection on the heat exchanger to find hot spots but no breaches, evaporator coil was clean but has rust occuring around tubs, tighten all wiring in the system, inducer motor was running at .61 of .62 amps, blower motor was running at 2.04 of 2.40 amps, gas pressure was set to 3.5 inwc, flame sensor cleaned, spark ignition is good and getting a temperature rise of 42 degrees. Age: 6 yr carrier Size: 100k btu zoned Location: gas split attic ground Filter: 20x36 and 14x14 Ducting: R-6 black flex sealed and intact Insulation: R-30 fiberglass Work performed: annual heat maintenance, system is operating at this time and within manufactured specifications, performed a safety inspection on the heat exchanger to find some hot spots but no breaches, secondary heat exchanger is clean, cleaned flame sensor, igniter is good and no discoloring, cleared pressure switch tube from any debris, no browning occuring on the circuit board, tighten all wiring inside the furnace, blower wheel has some dust debris build up, blower motor has no oil leaking at this time, tested blower capacitor 9.9 of 10.0 mfd, inducer motor is running at .54 of .55 mfd, blower motor is running at 8.55 of 9.8 amps, and getting a temp rise of 42 degrees.

Arrived on site for heating tune up, not our install, 3 year old ruud system. Talked with client system in attic, and condenser side yard, client stated filter replaced about 3 months ago, replaced today for client. Client had a light out in closet, after time up went ahead and replaced both lights for client. Proceeded with tune up AGE/MANUF:3 ruud SIZE:2.5 LOCATION:attic FILTER:client provided filter replaced today DUCTING:black flex INSULATION R-VALUE:r30 WORK PERFORMED: Upon arrival the client stated that the system has been running well. The filter is in a good condition. Ducting is sealed and intact.I removed the service panel from the unit. Tightened all electrical connections. CALCULATIONS: Blower motor was measured at 3.5 amps and was rated for 6.9 max amps. Inducer motor was measuring at .8 and was rated for max amps of .9. Removed and cleaned burners, flame sensor and ignitor. System is a natural/propane gas system. Manifold gas pressure is 3.5 WC, and the outlet gas

Would like us to do solar. System to be installed when roof is being done. Once we get the schedule of roofing company we will install unit at that time.
