They are the best HVAC company we have ever dealt with. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.They are a small family business that we have known since they started their business and I love supporting local businesses. Every person we have dealt with is hard working and delightful. We have them do biannual maintenance as well as much bigger jobs as needed. They’re great! John was hard working, explained all the work and did a great job.

What an education... watching Professionals remove the old and installing the new Heat pump system for my home... the house and yard looked like they'd never been there... The HERS inspector said, he's never has any trouble following a CABS installation...

Michael did a wonderful job. He did a couple of extra things which would necessary such as cleaning the ducts and adjusting the vents. He identified a part that was worn and helped us install a replacement.

Excellent company from the initial start to finish. All the staff were very professional, polite and answered all my questions. They came highly recommended by two family members who had used them and I was not disappointed. The installers worked very hard and consistently to complete the work. Everything was left clean. A discoloration in the ceiling directly below the location of the heating unit in the attic lead me to call CABS for a service technician to determine whether or not the discoloration was moisture from the heating unit. The service technician, Michael, arrived on time, was very professional, listened to my description of the concern, he did a thorough inspection of the unit and surrounding platform, and climbed onto the roof and found a vent cover that had dislodged. He repositioned and secured the vent cover and after all the rain we have had, the spot on the ceiling has not grown bigger and there is no moisture to the touch. Problem solved. I'm extremely satisfied with the response of this technician and his company.

The CABS folks did a great install for my gas furnace to heat pump conversion. They helped me pick a high efficiency cold climate heat pump that forgo the need for electric heat strip and an extra 240V line, which basically offset the cost of the high efficiency system. Joe the main guy was very knowledgeable and did a load calculation during the pre-install visit, which is a step a lot of people skip. The price was very competitive and they did all the paperwork for incentives. The CABS dudes arrived on time and finished in a day. Will definitely recommend.

I recently had CABS Heating & Air Conditioning Company do some work on my AC at my home in West Sacramento. Sean Moyer was the technician who responded. Sean was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am more than pleased with the work done, the thoroughness of inspection and the attention to detail. I have used CABS in the past and they are my "go to company" for any heating and air conditioning needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could. If you want a company you can trust, who does not overcharge and does excellent work then call them when the need arises.
