With the cooler fall weather here I tried my new Daikin electric heat pump for first time this past Saturday. Micheal Bread came to the rescue to discover a faulty damper issue that caused the upstairs to over heat by 10 degrees higher than downstairs. He again took the time to make a professional diagnosis, ordering right part, and installation today. Appears to be working properly. Thanks Micheal! They are the best HVAC company we have ever dealt with. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.They are a small family business that we have known since they started their business and I love supporting local businesses. Every person we have dealt with is hard working and delightful. We have them do biannual maintenance as well as much bigger jobs as needed. They’re great! Adrian was hard working, explained all the work and did a great job.

Amazing Service!I had a fantastic experience working with Michael Bread. He installed our carbon monoxide alarms and completed the last steps of the HVAC installation service with absolute professionalism. Sean is excellent! He provided great customer service and really knows his stuff! CABS is lucky to have him!He has great attention to detail when it comes to looking at your air conditioning and heater unit. He showed me the pictures and videos so I could understand in detail. He does an excellent job describing what’s going on to someone less experienced in HVAC which is a true gift! I would give 10 stars if I could and would recommend CABS to anyone as well as recommend Sean!

CABS is a great HVAC vendor. We have a maintenance contract with them and have been consistently happy over multiple years. Sean has done our maintenance tune-ups a few times and has been great every time.
