Update:CABS just finished the process of replacing our old gas HVAC with a new efficient heat pump HVAC, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience!!Peter came promptly and gave us a very thorough and competitive cost estimate, explaining all the different options and ways we could save some money while getting a top notch system. He actually listened to us and was very honest, didn’t try to push more expensive products and really worked with us until we were comfortable with our decision. They are SMUD approved contractors, so we were able to get the SMUD rebates, and CABS took care of it all for us!The technicians (Leandro, Andrew, and Michael) were all extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and best of all they were punctual and reliable. They all treated our property like their own, leaving everything clean after they were done. The office ladies Kat and Sukhi were a pleasure to talk to, and promptly resolved a couple of minor issues that came up with paperwork and schedule.Both Peter and Nika are amazing and go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend CABS for any HVAC needs!

Great semi-annual service. Adrian was prompt. He did a thorough job cleaning/tuning our furnace and explained all that was done complete with photos of the parts. Adrian was very personable and a great communicator.

Michael was amazing. He was on time. He did such a thorough job during the real estate inspection, took quite a bit of photos. My buyers are so happy with the company’s level of service. Will use them again and again and again!!

CABS Heating and Air Conditioning service was very good.I called early morning for a Duct Cleaning estimate and they had an available technician for a site visit in the afternoon.It was a very efficient transaction.Adrian, the Tech guy came prepared, very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the scope of work and the membership benefits should you avail their company's services. It was an impressive customer experience as he educated me on our AC and furnace condition.We know that we may spend more than what we anticipated, so he did not pressure us. You can tell he put value to his work and the customer's ease of having a big purchase at the end. I would greatly reccommend this company a try should you have a need.

I recently had CABS Heating & Air Conditioning Company do some work on my AC at my home in West Sacramento. Sean Moyer was the technician who responded. Sean was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am more than pleased with the work done, the thoroughness of inspection and the attention to detail. I have used CABS in the past and they are my "go to company" for any heating and air conditioning needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could. If you want a company you can trust, who does not overcharge and does excellent work then call them when the need arises.

Joe was extremely helpful. Originally, i was unsure if we were ready to proceed with a large project. He was patient with my questions and either able to answer them on the spot or got back to me quickly. Being of skeptical bent, I undertook research on my own, pleased that what I could find was consistent with information provided by Joe. Ultimately, we decided to proceed with full HVAC conversion as well as electrical panel upgrade. We always felt supported, never rushed, and are confident that as we move into the implementation phase, things will go well.
