Heating tuneup completed. Upon arrival homeowner stated the systems working well the furnace is located up in the attic. The filter is also located in the attic. I had to replace the filter since the old one was dirty I remove the service panel, cleaned any dust or debris. I’ve checked all electrical connections and make sure they’re all secure. I disconnected the flame sensor and cleaned it. The hot surface igniter looks good. System is operating properly.

Heating maintenance, client stated about air flow issues in certain rooms. 80% furnace located in closet of master room. Check all wiring connections, all seated and tight, no loose connections. Call back to test ac. Client stated when ac is turn on, outside unit don't come on. Turned settings to cooling and drop temperature. Open ac unit, notice wiring at capacitor was unhooked and wrong placement. Rewire to system diagram, ac still didn't come on. Proceed to furnace located at upstairs in laundry room. Checked all wiring diagram and connections, all was seated and tight. Hooked up gauges, for pressure, system calls for R-32 refrigerant. System needs R-32 refrigerant to have low pressure switch closed so ac will turn on. New system is very sensitive if system is under or over charged. Need to charge system to compensate the distance of line set. Inform client as soon as we get R-32 refrigerant, we will contact and charge system. Client wants it d8nt asap before it gets hot

Turned it off then on again and noticed iwave did not spin to clean the bristles. Show cla video, she called her husband to she if it needed to be replaced. Upon arrival, thermostat shows indicator that It cannot connect. Removed thermostat and mount from base to attempt to reset the thermostat; this did not fix the problem and as a result, I had to do a power reset both of the breakers. After completing the power reset; I heard the system start to kick on at which point I could hear bubbling coming from the high-efficiency furnaces drain line. Went into the attic to investigate further and confirm that there was water bubbling in the drain line. Pulled out filter and noticed filter was very heavily coated with debris. In order to get the system back up and running a system breaker reset and test was needed; to prevent future breakdown, changing the air filter and cleaning the drain line were recommended; all work completed today except for the filter; need to return Monday to install filter. System is running at 71° upon departure.

System is operating upon arrival. Jenny has no issues with systems But she does say that her daughters bedroom gets the hottest, and the coldest when it comes to airflow. Both thermostats are responsive when calling for heat. Furnace is located up in Attic with ductwork and insulation. I double checked the ductwork and noticed that is original to the home and recommend replacing or better airflow distribution throughout the home. System is running upon arrival. Rose has no issues with systems or airflow, but she does say that when the system is running it sounds like a jet. Both thermostats are responsive when calling for heat. Disposable filter was recently replaced by Joseph, 20 x 30 x 1. Rose says that filters are usually replaced twice a year. I highly recommended replacing them every 2 to 3 months like the manufacturer recommends. Furnace is located in attic with ductwork and insulation. Ductwork and insulation are in good condition and I happen to notice that the main return duct is short, which is was causing the jet sound in the home, and I recommended to replace it and adding a longer duct to damp in the noise. Arrived on site to perform maintenance on a 19 year-old furnace. Upon arrival system powers on when calling for heat at thermostat, complete sequence of operations and begins to warm the home. Temperature rise was just over 60°, which is higher than usual and shortly after system short cycled. Proceeded with tuneup to inspect all components of system. Cleaned flame sensor today. Blower motor and inducer motor were pulling proper amperage prior to short cycle. Igniter is within range reading 60 ohms and it should be between 50 and 100. No capacitor on the inducer motor however there is one on the blower motor and it is reading 16.4 out of 20; this capacitor can draw as low as 18.8; changing the capacitor was required to ensure proper system function. Tightened all connections on circuit board as well as on powerlines today. No back ups are present in the pressure switches or the drain lines. Tested system after throw evaluation and changing capacitor and system is operating properly u

Uponarrival, Hwy Motor, State at the systems, working well the unit is located up on the roof. I disconnected the service panel. I’ve cleaned out any dust or debris and make sure all electrical connections were secure. Inducer motor was measured at 1.2 amps, and the blower motor was measured at 1 amps. I remove the flame sensor and the spark igniter. I thoroughly cleaned them both and reinstalled them. I haven’t noticed any browning on the control board. As I was inspecting the blower motor I’ve noticed it has some dust buildup. The blower motor isn’t over amping however, I still recommend to have the blower motor cleaned. Arrived on site to perform maintenance on a nine-year-old system. Upon arrival system power is on when calling for heat at both thermostats and present a 42° temperature rise throughout the home. Let system run for 20 minutes to ensure no error codes would populate and none did. Both blower motor and inducer motor are pulling proper amperage and the capacitor that is present on the inducer motor is within inspect. Igniter is reading 48.4 ohms and should read between 50 and 100. Recommended replacing the igniter as a result. Flame sensor was cleaned as part of the maintenance. Filter is still clean and the blower motor has very light debris buildup. Tightened all power connections and circuit board is free of any burns today. Zoning board is operable and free of any burns as well. Gas valve is showing rust right on the plate that holds it together and replacing the gas valve was advised as a result. This technician was very first technician that put a drop cloth down underneath the ladder before he went up into the attic! He was very thorough and very kind and respectful by cleaning up his mess when you left. He did a terrific job
