5/5 I’ve worked with this company over the past couple of months for various things primarily my mini split system. Not everything has been ideal but at the end their amazing customer service and willingness to make sure you are happy as a customer has made me happy I went with them. Ronnie and Chelsea have been amazing throughout my journey in terms of support. Working with Ronnie has made me want to get additional systems with them for my other units. From what I can tell the owner has a lot of pride in ensuring customer satisfaction and that his company stands behind their work. 5/5 would recommend and will definitely be using them again. Go to them for quality of product and service and they provide it all.

Despite the debilitating heat on Friday, Mike made a repair to my heat pump so that I could cool down my house. It was the end of his shift, he was tired and hot but he was a gentleman and of good humor. Much respect for Mike.

CABS came out to do our tuneup after a recent replacement they did, the whole experience was top notch. The office staff was so friendly and communicative throughout both the replacement and every appointment after that. The technician that came out today was very polite, wore all of the Covid protection gear, explained everything from beginning to end very helpful and making me understand exactly what he was doing. The technician arrived on time, was very conscious about our home and provided all the documents needed for the final sign off by the city.

I recently had CABS Heating & Air Conditioning Company do some work on my AC at my home in West Sacramento. Sean Moyer was the technician who responded. Sean was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am more than pleased with the work done, the thoroughness of inspection and the attention to detail. I have used CABS in the past and they are my "go to company" for any heating and air conditioning needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could. If you want a company you can trust, who does not overcharge and does excellent work then call them when the need arises.

My experience started with Kat helping me with setting an appointment with Sean and Eric the next day. She was very professional, kind and helpful in getting the guys out to my house right away. Sean and Eric were right on time, very professional and knowledgeable with everything I had questions on. They answered all my questions and gave me all the options that was right for my house.
