I had a fantastic experience working with Michael Bread. He installed our carbon monoxide alarms and completed the last steps of the HVAC installation service with absolute professionalism. I'm on the $18/month plan so I receive two tune-ups per year, and priority (including weekend) service.
About a week ago, I had some recurring AC issues and CABS did everything in their power to get it back up and running. Unfortunately, the compressor is about to go out, and I have a Freon leak that's already been repaired once.
Realizing that I'm about to go into summer without AC and in absolutely no financial position to purchase a new whole house system, I was incredibly stressed out and feeling pretty depressed if I'm honest.
Ronnie, my technician, was such a shining light in a pretty dark week trying to figure out how I'm going to get through the summer. Ronnie did everything in his power to try to help me figure out an affordable solution. In addition, he was so caring and kind in all of our interactions, and was emotionally supportive when I ended up in tears. Even though it's a really depressing place to be in, Ronnie made me feel so much better with his kindness.
Although I'm going to have to save up and wait until next year to replace my system, I have a couple of windows units being delivered this week so I'll get through this summer! But, as soon as I get the funds saved up, I will definitely be working with CABS to get a new system! Can't recommend them highly enough!

A discoloration in the ceiling directly below the location of the heating unit in the attic lead me to call CABS for a service technician to determine whether or not the discoloration was moisture from the heating unit. The service technician, Michael, arrived on time, was very professional, listened to my description of the concern, he did a thorough inspection of the unit and surrounding platform, and climbed onto the roof and found a vent cover that had dislodged. He repositioned and secured the vent cover and after all the rain we have had, the spot on the ceiling has not grown bigger and there is no moisture to the touch. Problem solved. I'm extremely satisfied with the response of this technician and his company.

The CABS rep (Nicolas) was prompt and gave me a lot of time explaining their heat pump options and their solar panels options. I had a lot of questions. I was provided with lots of very good and useful information about sizing, energy use of the heat pump, specs, etc. Follow-up visits by field techs to evaluate my particular situation were prompt and informative. The price was very competitive.

He gave me recommendations on how to save $ and have system filter more efficiently. Outstanding customer service. Well worth the $21 per month (that includes a winter tune up for your heater as well).
