With the cooler fall weather here I tried my new Daikin electric heat pump for first time this past Saturday. Micheal Bread came to the rescue to discover a faulty damper issue that caused the upstairs to over heat by 10 degrees higher than downstairs. He again took the time to make a professional diagnosis, ordering right part, and installation today. Appears to be working properly. Thanks Micheal! CABS sent Michael out within three hours of my call. Michael was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable! My issue was fixed on the first visit.

My experience started with Kat helping me with setting an appointment with Sean and Eric the next day. She was very professional, kind and helpful in getting the guys out to my house right away. Sean and Eric were right on time, very professional and knowledgeable with everything I had questions on. They answered all my questions and gave me all the options that was right for my house. Had my 12+ year old hot water heater start making jet engine noises. CABS had helped me with an AC repair years ago and did a great job, so called them. They contract out hot water heaters, so Peter from CABS came out to take an initial look. He explained pluses and minuses or repair versus replacing. I opted to replace. The contractor (Mark) did a great job. And Sukhi at the main office took care of all the paperwork and arranging the city inspection (she's super organized and super helpful). Another successful CABS job. I'll definitely use them again the next time I need a repair or replacement. Not only are they reliable and honest, but I appreciate they're a local West Sac business.

I've called CABS at least 3 times since moving in last year. Every-time their customer service was always prompt and professional. Ben was on-time and very knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. I had a dead thermostat and needed a replacement. Ben was able to install without any problems and fairly quick. The service was excellent I even became a member so that the next time I need to have my other thermostat replaced I would be in good hands. I would recommend this company because so far they have been reliable and service has been great.

They did wonderful! We were surprised by how quickly they were able to get our AC installed. They communicated everything thoroughly and we would definitely recommend them to our neighbors!

This is the second time we have gotten services from CABS, my AC went out a few days ago, just as the weather is heating up, I called today and requested a Tech come do a diagnostic. I was told they would be here the next day … I missed a few calls, and they were actually at my house the same day which was PERFECT since temps are hitting 3 digits. Adrian fixed the issue and showed us what the issue was. We signed up to be members. Then Asia (phone rep who scheduled us) called to follow up which I thought was very thoughtful of the company.
