- Month-to-month plan with a 6-month minimum
- Cancel anytime after 6 months (30-day notice)
- Early cancellation = repayment of discounts used
- After-hours service runs sunrise to sundown, 7 days/week
- Calls after sundown are returned the next morning
- Each address requires its own plan; same-address multi-systems qualify for add-on rate
- Test and inspect the contactor for burned and pitted contacts
- Monitor refrigerant for proper operating pressures
- Clean interior and exterior systems and remove all debris
- Test thermostat for proper operation, calibrate, and level
- Inspect safety devices for proper operation
- Test service valves for proper operation
- Clean the existing air filter
- Inspect the electrical system for exposed wiring
- Measure the supply & return temperature differential
- Test the blower motor for proper operation
- Inspect the electrical disconnect box for proper rating and safe installation.

- Inspect the indoor coil
- Inspect and tighten connections on electrical wiring
- Monitor and measure voltage/amp draw
- Flush and treat the condensate drain with anti-algae tablets
- Test capacitors for proper rating
- Inspect wiring connections for the compressor

- Test the fan blade’s proper balance and operation
- Measure the blower motor’s amperage and voltage for proper operation

Water Heater Maintenance Includes:
- Tank flush or tankless system descaling
- Anode rod check (prevents corrosion)
- Gas, electrical, and venting inspection
- Heating element or burner performance test
- Temperature adjustment for efficiency
