CABS came out to do our tuneup after a recent replacement they did, the whole experience was top notch. The office staff was so friendly and communicative throughout both the replacement and every appointment after that. The technician that came out today was very polite, wore all of the Covid protection gear, explained everything from beginning to end very helpful and making me understand exactly what he was doing. I typically fix everything myself, but happen to be overloaded with work and life right now, so I am always cautious when calling a service company. I ended up calling CABS yesterday when my A/C went out and less than 24hrs later I am up and running again. What a great company! I think I spoke w/ Veronica in the office who is excellent at her job and a great energy about her and then Peter who came and fixed my A/C. First of all, he didn't even show if it bothered him that I was standing their the whole time and asking him questions. He explained everything in detail, made sure I understood the costs, had the parts on site and was done and gone in no time at all. Best of all, he didn't do anything that would cost me unnecessarily (really great guy). So, if you are looking for quality service from an honest company, call CABS. Sean did a tune up on the A/C mini split system. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He answer all my questions. He was on time, took care to not dirty the flooring. Clean professional appearance.

Excellent company from the initial start to finish. All the staff were very professional, polite and answered all my questions.
