We consulted with several folks before choosing CABS Heating & Air Conditioning. We chose CABS for the honest estimate we received from Peter. Once we agreed on a date for installation, the crew was on time and installation was completed in two days as agreed. The permit process has been slow, but it is acceptable. I wish to extend our gratitude to the crew as singling out one person will be a disservice, because they worked as a team and provided a professional service and installation. Requests for fixes beyond the contract were honored. We intend to sign up with CABS for annual routine maintenance agreement. We wholeheartedly recommend CABS for anyone looking for a small company that keeps its word and doesn’t hype or see fixes that are not there; half of the estimators claimed, for example, that we needed a new electric panel. This was not true with CABS and the other half estimators.

Adrian was very professional and very thorough in explaining to me what was going on with my air conditioning system and what I needed to get it fixed. I appreciate the level of experience he showed and how he was able to explain the issues without confusing me over technical terms.

Ronnie is an amazing person to work with. I am so pleased with how he handled himself! CABS is blessed to have an excellent Lead Technician. I will recommend CABS to anybody who needs heating and air conditioning service! I would like to add that I did use CABS to install a brand new HVAC system. Today, Adrian Martinez came out and performed an annual inspection of our system. He thoroughly checked our system, rinsed the buildup off our outdoor unit, and answered the questions we had. He was on time, polite, and made sure not to track anything onto our floors from outside. Great customer service and experience as always. Thank you Adrian and CABs for the work you do.

CABS Heating and Air is awesome. Sean Goyer gave us the best inspection experience. He was on time, did a through inspection and took time to review all findings and info. He and CABS will now be our go to for HVAC needs.

Michael did a great job of keeping my hvac tuned up for best ac/heat. He is knowledgable, and did an indepth analysis of my system. Some things will need replaced but he honestly said I could wait till they go out. I appreciated his honesty and am happy with his service and with CABS. They have taken care of my HVAC needs. Ronnie from CABS sold me both a hybrid water heater and insulation. He follows up and answers all your questions. He listens to your needs and any concerns and takes care of everything. I would use him again and highly recommend Ronnie.
