With the cooler fall weather here I tried my new Daikin electric heat pump for first time this past Saturday. Micheal Bread came to the rescue to discover a faulty damper issue that caused the upstairs to over heat by 10 degrees higher than downstairs. He again took the time to make a professional diagnosis, ordering right part, and installation today. Appears to be working properly. Thanks Micheal! CABS Heating and Air Conditioning service was very good.I called early morning for a Duct Cleaning estimate and they had an available technician for a site visit in the afternoon.It was a very efficient transaction.Adrian, the Tech guy came prepared, very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the scope of work and the membership benefits should you avail their company's services. It was an impressive customer experience as he educated me on our AC and furnace condition.We know that we may spend more than what we anticipated, so he did not pressure us. You can tell he put value to his work and the customer's ease of having a big purchase at the end. I would greatly reccommend this company a try should you have a need.

CABS deserves your business. I'm always a bit skeptical about salesmen as I tend to feel pressured to decide immediately, but Nic was very patient with me and took time to go through the pros and cons of different options and taught me a lot about AC units. After getting quotes from a couple of other sources, the prices ended up being comparable (and a bit cheaper with city rebates) than competitors, even with a better, more efficient unit (a multi-stage Daikin). Leading up to the install there were a few reschedules that needed to be made due to miscommunications from Daikin, the manufacturer of the unit we purchased. CABS was communicative and helpful throughout this process, going so far as to get us some perks from Daikin for the inconvenience. For install we dealt mostly with Daniil, who was also polite and communicative. The whole crew was very tidy and respectful of our space. The install ended up being tricky and taking longer than expected, since the inside and outside units were not communicating (issues with the unit, not the installation). Daniil and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to get it resolved and even provided us with temporary AC units to make sure we were comfortable until the unit was functional. Now the unit is installed and its whisper quiet (we thought it was broken). All in all, if you're on the fence, come on down from there and have CABS fix ya up.

CABS came out to do our tuneup after a recent replacement they did, the whole experience was top notch. The office staff was so friendly and communicative throughout both the replacement and every appointment after that. The technician that came out today was very polite, wore all of the Covid protection gear, explained everything from beginning to end very helpful and making me understand exactly what he was doing. I can't express how much I appreciate working with CABS! Every staff member I've worked with over the years is incredibly helpful, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I'm on the $18/month plan so I receive two tune-ups per year, and priority (including weekend) service. About a week ago, I had some recurring AC issues and CABS did everything in their power to get it back up and running. Unfortunately, the compressor is about to go out, and I have a Freon leak that's already been repaired once. Realizing that I'm about to go into summer without AC and in absolutely no financial position to purchase a new whole house system, I was incredibly stressed out and feeling pretty depressed if I'm honest. Ronnie, my technician, was such a shining light in a pretty dark week trying to figure out how I'm going to get through the summer. Ronnie did everything in his power to try to help me figure out an affordable solution. In addition, he was so caring and kind in all of our interactions, and was emotionally supportive when I ended up in tears. Even though it's a really depressing place to be in, Ronnie made me feel so much better with his kindness. Although I'm going to have to save up and wait until next year to replace my system, I have a couple of windows units being delivered this week so I'll get through this summer! But, as soon as I get the funds saved up, I will definitely be working with CABS to get a new system! Can't recommend them highly enough!
