A discoloration in the ceiling directly below the location of the heating unit in the attic lead me to call CABS for a service technician to determine whether or not the discoloration was moisture from the heating unit. The service technician, Michael, arrived on time, was very professional, listened to my description of the concern, he did a thorough inspection of the unit and surrounding platform, and climbed onto the roof and found a vent cover that had dislodged. He repositioned and secured the vent cover and after all the rain we have had, the spot on the ceiling has not grown bigger and there is no moisture to the touch. Problem solved. I'm extremely satisfied with the response of this technician and his company.
