I recently had CABS Heating & Air Conditioning Company do some work on my AC at my home in West Sacramento. Sean Moyer was the technician who responded. Sean was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am more than pleased with the work done, the thoroughness of inspection and the attention to detail. I have used CABS in the past and they are my "go to company" for any heating and air conditioning needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could. If you want a company you can trust, who does not overcharge and does excellent work then call them when the need arises.

We consulted with several folks before choosing CABS Heating & Air Conditioning. We chose CABS for the honest estimate we received from Peter. Once we agreed on a date for installation, the crew was on time and installation was completed in two days as agreed. The permit process has been slow, but it is acceptable.I wish to extend our gratitude to the crew as singling out one person will be a disservice, because they worked as a team and provided a professional service and installation. Requests for fixes beyond the contract were honored.We intend to sign up with CABS for annual routine maintenance agreement. We wholeheartedly recommend CABS for anyone looking for a small company that keeps its word and doesn’t hype or see fixes that are not there; half of the estimators claimed, for example, that we needed a new electric panel. This was not true with CABS and the other half estimators.

Michael has provided maintenance service to my home for a while. Yesterday and today, he and a team from CABS installed an entirely new HAVAC system (heat & air). Highly impressed with his, and the others, work ethic, professionalism, but most of all, their knowledge and great enthusiasm. They worked hard all day, in and out of the rain, and enduring the cold and damp environment while under the house. Michael will be my go-to guy …. Thanks Michael!

I once left a bad review on here out of frustration. The review was only up for a few hours but it got some people in trouble.I just wanted to say CABS is a great HVAC provider. They were all very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional company.They helped us out in the middle of the summer. In a quick turnaround time, I will always cherish that.I am so satisfied in this company that I kept up their banner outside my house, and referred them to all my neighbors. ( word of mouth goes a long way).Thank you CABS for all the help and assistance!!!!!! Very grateful that we found you as our HVAC provider, you are the best!!!!

I was pregnant last year and had a really severe sinus infection and a horrible cough for a good several months. I needed antibiotics to cure it. Adrian came out to check our HVAC and discovered that there was an issue with our unit that was causing dirty air to be pushed into our home. He was thorough and took time to explain what he needed to do to clean it out and went above expectations. I have not had any problems since, I also had him come back to check out the unit several months later and he had a few options to maintain that our air stays clean from pollutants in the future. I am so thankful to Adrian for being thorough and he went above and beyond any of our other CABS technician that we have had so far. THANK YOU ADRIAN!

I am a subscriber for few years. The staffs are very responsive and helpful. The service people are prompt and knowledgeable and professional. I trusted CABS to replace the entire heating and AC system including duct work in 2022. Michael did a great job doing routine maintenance. He is professional and attentive. I highly recommend CABS.

We have done a number of posts for CABS and as we continue to use them for our rentals find the outstanding service is always there. One of our tenants air-condition was not working and it was extremely hot in Sacramento and would be for the next week for a heat wave. Sean who would be leaving out of town the next morning tried to find the part needed, but all the stores were closed by 5pm He made arrangements for another member of their team to buy the part and come the next morning to put it in so the air-condition would work. Thank you Sean and Thank you Adrian Martinez for coming on Saturday to fix it.Outstanding service by all. Great Company, reliable, trustworthy, and responsive.Outstanding Service. Owner of company is a very honest person and we have referred family members to CABS and they are very happy with their product and service. Highly recommend!Addendum to this post.We had issues with our electric panel connecting to the air conditioner. We called out CABS and Sean Goyer was the tehnician that came out. We are so happy he did. He found the fundamental problem with our electric panel that caused an issue with both of the units in the duplex. He explained in detail the issue we had and worked to find a solution to our problem. We did not want our tenant to be without air-condition since Sacramento was having a heat wave. We are so happy with CABS and their employees. We highly recommend them. They have given us outstanding service.

With the cooler fall weather here I tried my new Daikin electric heat pump for first time this past Saturday. Micheal Bread came to the rescue to discover a faulty damper issue that caused the upstairs to over heat by 10 degrees higher than downstairs. He again took the time to make a professional diagnosis, ordering right part, and installation today. Appears to be working properly. Thanks Micheal!
