CABS came out to do our tuneup after a recent replacement they did, the whole experience was top notch. The office staff was so friendly and communicative throughout both the replacement and every appointment after that. The technician that came out today was very polite, wore all of the Covid protection gear, explained everything from beginning to end very helpful and making me understand exactly what he was doing. Michael did a great job of keeping my hvac tuned up for best ac/heat. He is knowledgable, and did an indepth analysis of my system. Some things will need replaced but he honestly said I could wait till they go out. I appreciated his honesty and am happy with his service and with CABS. They have taken care of my HVAC needs. Sean was on honest guy. We had AC issue and he was prompt at answering the call and gave me his honest opinion and solution. I can’t tell he did more extra work than the previous hvac guy. Overall satisfied! I will next time will try to ask for him specifically to get my hvac concerns answered

CAB technician Sean came on time to the appointment and did what it was planned. I am very happy with the repair and maintenance of the A/C Unit.

Joe was extremely helpful. Originally, i was unsure if we were ready to proceed with a large project. He was patient with my questions and either able to answer them on the spot or got back to me quickly. Being of skeptical bent, I undertook research on my own, pleased that what I could find was consistent with information provided by Joe. Ultimately, we decided to proceed with full HVAC conversion as well as electrical panel upgrade. We always felt supported, never rushed, and are confident that as we move into the implementation phase, things will go well.

CABS deserves your business. I'm always a bit skeptical about salesmen as I tend to feel pressured to decide immediately, but Nic was very patient with me and took time to go through the pros and cons of different options and taught me a lot about AC units. After getting quotes from a couple of other sources, the prices ended up being comparable (and a bit cheaper with city rebates) than competitors, even with a better, more efficient unit (a multi-stage Daikin). Leading up to the install there were a few reschedules that needed to be made due to miscommunications from Daikin, the manufacturer of the unit we purchased. CABS was communicative and helpful throughout this process, going so far as to get us some perks from Daikin for the inconvenience. For install we dealt mostly with Daniil, who was also polite and communicative. The whole crew was very tidy and respectful of our space. The install ended up being tricky and taking longer than expected, since the inside and outside units were not communicating (issues with the unit, not the installation). Daniil and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to get it resolved and even provided us with temporary AC units to make sure we were comfortable until the unit was functional. Now the unit is installed and its whisper quiet (we thought it was broken). All in all, if you're on the fence, come on down from there and have CABS fix ya up.

Great semi-annual service. Adrian was prompt. He did a thorough job cleaning/tuning our furnace and explained all that was done complete with photos of the parts. Adrian was very personable and a great communicator.

I am a subscriber for few years. The staffs are very responsive and helpful. The service people are prompt and knowledgeable and professional. I trusted CABS to replace the entire heating and AC system including duct work in 2022. Michael did a great job doing routine maintenance. He is professional and attentive. I highly recommend CABS.

Adrian was very professional and very thorough in explaining to me what was going on with my air conditioning system and what I needed to get it fixed. I appreciate the level of experience he showed and how he was able to explain the issues without confusing me over technical terms.
