We used CABS for installation of a new heating and AC system. We were very impressed and satisfied with the services we received. We found their pricing to be competitive with other companies and their staff to be responsive, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. We would definitely use their services again. Follow up: CABS came out recently to complete the first of our two seasonal system maintenance appointments. As with our initial installation, we were very pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail and courtesy. We highly recommend their services.

I can't express how much I appreciate working with CABS! Every staff member I've worked with over the years is incredibly helpful, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I'm on the $18/month plan so I receive two tune-ups per year, and priority (including weekend) service. About a week ago, I had some recurring AC issues and CABS did everything in their power to get it back up and running. Unfortunately, the compressor is about to go out, and I have a Freon leak that's already been repaired once. Realizing that I'm about to go into summer without AC and in absolutely no financial position to purchase a new whole house system, I was incredibly stressed out and feeling pretty depressed if I'm honest. Ronnie, my technician, was such a shining light in a pretty dark week trying to figure out how I'm going to get through the summer. Ronnie did everything in his power to try to help me figure out an affordable solution. In addition, he was so caring and kind in all of our interactions, and was emotionally supportive when I ended up in tears. Even though it's a really depressing place to be in, Ronnie made me feel so much better with his kindness. Although I'm going to have to save up and wait until next year to replace my system, I have a couple of windows units being delivered this week so I'll get through this summer! But, as soon as I get the funds saved up, I will definitely be working with CABS to get a new system! Can't recommend them highly enough!
