Upon arrival, we were informed by Sue that she has not been receiving any cold air from her vents since last Sunday. She mentioned that the furnace is still running the fan, but the AC is not turning on. The furnace, located in the garage, had a very dirty filter that needed to be replaced. Additionally, the ballast for the purifier was not functioning. We also noticed that the fan was extremely dirty and required cleaning. The amperage on the blower motor was starting to increase. Moving to the backyard, where the condenser unit is located, we began by testing the continuity to the fuses, which turned out to be in good condition. We then proceeded to check the voltage, which was functioning properly, as it was being sent to the contactor. However, the contactor was not being activated. Furthermore, we observed that there was no amperage going to the compressor or fan motor. The AC dual capacitor was also found to be blown and needed replacement. We suggested the addition of a hard

We have noted that Bryan is scheduling electrical installation in the near future. After the electrical installation is complete, he is interested in proceeding with the installation of a heat pump water heater and a mini split system. We have informed him about a Memorial Day special price, and we would be pleased to honor this price if he accepts the estimate before that date. The installation will be scheduled once the electrical work is finished. Additionally, we have provided Bryan with an estimate for adding blown-in insulation to approximately 825 square feet of attic space. We have also offered Bryan a financing option of 0% interest for 18 months, which he expressed interest in using to cover the cost of the project.

22 year old furnace that has control board issue along with blower motor leaking oil as well. Client mentioned issue with fresh air intake, but is taking care of it himself. Informed client about installing new board and pricing, with blower motor as well. Ended up looking at condenser outside, condenser has been replaced with a Coleman condenser, but 22 year old furnace hasn’t been replaced. Went over options about pricing with just furnace as condenser is newer. Having comfort advisor today to go over options for new furnace.
